WebP to JPG Converter
Turn a WebP into a universally-supported JPG — ready for email, uploads and apps that still don’t take WebP. Free and private, in your browser.
Why convert WebP to JPG?
A few apps, marketplaces and older programs still reject WebP. Converting to JPG gives you a small, everywhere-supported photo you can attach, upload or print anywhere. WebP can be transparent and JPG can’t, so any see-through areas are filled with a background colour you choose. Lumisphere converts in your browser — drop the WebP, set the quality and fill colour, and download a JPG. No upload, sign-up or watermark.
- 1Add. Drop, paste or browse for an image (or several).
- 2Choose. Pick PNG, JPG, WebP or AVIF — tune quality for the lossy ones.
- 3Download. Save the converted file, or the whole batch.

Good to know
How do I convert a WebP to JPG?
Drop your WebP in, choose JPG, set a background colour for any transparency, and download a small, universally-supported photo.
Why won’t my WebP upload somewhere?
Some sites and apps only accept older formats. A JPG is accepted virtually everywhere, which is why converting fixes the rejection.
What happens to a transparent WebP?
JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas are filled with the background colour you pick (white by default). Choose any colour before downloading.
Will converting lose quality?
JPG is lossy, so there’s some compression — at high quality it’s hard to see. Use the Quality slider to balance file size against sharpness.
Is it free and private?
Yes — no sign-up, no watermark, no limit, and your WebP is converted on your device and never uploaded.
